My Approach

I have a warm, thoughtful and collaborative approach. I work alongside each client at their own pace. Supporting clients to step towards their difficulties with curiosity, kindness and awareness can be genuinely transformative.

I believe that counselling is not about being given answers. It’s about arriving at a deeper understanding, and through doing so, finding greater freedom in how we choose to live. You could say it’s about coming home to ourselves.

I work in an integrative, creative way, drawing on person-centred, existential and Gestalt approaches. This flexibility allows me to adapt my work to clients’ individual needs.

My practice is grounded in professional ethics and evidence-based therapeutic practice. I’m a registered member of the BACP (a counselling professional body) and I undertake regular clinical supervision and continuing professional development to support safe and ethical practice.
